RecordingWiki is designed to serve as a global and open resource for voice and data communications recording. Sponsored by CyberTech International, it is meant to serve as an open educational and collaborative information tool for all parties engaged in the compliance and CRM recording industry.

Following the model of Wikipedia, RecordingWiki is intended to be an open and easily updated encyclopedia for voice and data recording. RecordingWiki is maintained by a community of manufacturers, integrators and users of recording that strive to offer an accurate, current and comprehensive guide for anyone interested in recording.

RecordingWiki offers several services to the recording community:

  • Free and easy access to articles on the principles of voice and data recording.
  • General and local laws listed and explained as they apply to recording of calls
  • Listings for manufacturers, suppliers and integrators that visitors can use to select and install recording solutions
